Brainwashed in Baltimore B to B, rediculous, it is rediculous! I have read alot of reports about this company and it's affiliates. The only people who have anything good to say are the people who are doing the washing not the ones who they've attempted to wash. I worked in "the bussiness" for almost one year. It took me that long to find out that When you "Get Promoted" you don't get to keep the overrides; they go into a security ocount with Smart circle, A.K. A Larry's pocket.

All the owners/managers that I have read about on this site will tell you tipically the came thing, and this is that all ex-employees couldn't hack it or didn't have the drive to be successfull, a simple change to that quote will clear alot of smoke, believe me there is alot of smoke. It's not that I couldn't hack it it's that I wouldn't of hack it, hustle it, whatever it was that I was doing.

The bottom line is that I was promised a 2 very important things to expand to a new market and be the next regional;
1) all of my moving expenses were going to be coverd.
A) none of my expenses were covered, I was told to pay for them and I would be reimbursed when we got to baltimore... Nice close, tell me whatever you have to to get me to go and forget about me.
Juice!!!
2) the first two months of rent would be covered by the new manager to get our feet on the ground.
A) I paid rent the second I got there, no reimbursment, no rent coverage
b) Every penny earned want to barely getting by rent, he could cover!
