I bought a 37in TV/Monitor for $999.00 with free shipping. When I got the credit card bill it was $1,250.00. The set was damaged on one side. I called right away and made a claim. I never got a call or any response what so ever. I did a charge back after 13 calls and emails am waiting 45 days. They fought that and won. They never fixed it or gave me credit or any other help. Bad company, do not use this company as they have 259 complaints on file here alone! They are a rip off and a scam!
