Unauthorized charges on account RIP OFF FLORIDA

I have never used this company nor have I heard of them prior to today, when i checked my bank account balance and found a charge for $200.00 from them.

At first I could not find them online, so i called Ameritrust Mortgage, thinking they were possibly affiliated. I was told by the gentleman there that they have had many of the same complaint calls, and after doing further research, found the company's address and phone number.

They said they called pretending to be someone wanting to apply for a credit card, however, after digging for information, were hung up on.

I did finally find their website and was able to find a phone number. Of course, it is disconnected. I did email their customer service as well, but received no response.

Ameritrust Mortgage suggested that I file a claim with my bank, which I have done, and file a complaint with the attorney general's office in Florida, since this is where their PO box address is listed. I suggest anyone else experiencing this situation do the same.
