Has charged me$28.81 for services i did not subscribe to, I was able to get $12.95 cancelled Concord New Hasmpshire

Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. Put a charge on my Verizon bill for $28.81. It was two billings #1. Solo Communications—$12.95 and Traveller Info Services—$14.95 plus. 91 tax.

I was able to contact Solo Communications and they finally agreed to cancel. I have been unable to reach Traveller Info Services, they just do not answer their phone. And there is no mail address or internet address.
I have a feeling i've been ripped-off, but as yet no proof.

I can't believe Verizon has allowed this to happen. A customer service rep said it was an error. I hope I find a solution soon.
