I wanted to try their hoodia product - agreed to the $4.97, which they charged to my account on april 20th - I was supposed to receive product within 7 days - no product arrived until april 29. Then I called (800-927-2029) May 2nd to cancel the service, the customer service lady said "don't worry your a/c has been cancelled and you won't receive any more shipment in future".
I received my account statement on May 18th and they have charged me $99.61 on may 4th for their membership fees - I called the co. On May 19th and told them that I had cancelled my a/c on may2nd and now they are charging me $99.61, also I never received my product (3 months supply) ever - I asked for a refund and return mailing address or label so that if I did end up receiving the product that they claim they have shipped I could return it.
They said no, instead they offered me a 1000 online shopping certificate - I did not agree with that - now they said they don't have any record of my conversation with their representative about cancellation within 14 days so theycannot to do anything. I cancelled the membership officially and disputed the amounts with my credit card company. I didn't receive any shipment yet (may21st). Their policy and service they provide is a total fraud
