I received a check for $3,800.00 and a letter requesting that I cash the check for I had won a state lottery for $250,00.00 and I should send back to Canadian Tax office the amount of $2,800.00. The address to send the Western Union or Money Gram to Willie Ostrom 3642 Johnson St, Calgary AB. The phone number to call is 1-778-318-4622 and the bank they are using is Comerica Bank in Ann Arbor Mi which I will be calling today.
