1. This company makes many false claims on their website, concerning a product called YogaToes. It will not fix your feet, but it takes so long to see results, most customers expire their trial period without getting their refund. 1% return rate is incorrect, a blatant lie.

2. The product, YogaToes, costs around $2.50 to make, yet the company sells them for $50 a pair. The profits are not reinvested in the company, or used for viable expenses, but used by the sole owner to take vacations, purchase homes and expensive food, clothing, furniture etc.

3. Employees are fired if they ask for a raise. Employees are undermined and spoken to abusively. Employees are made to break the law at the risk of losing their jobs. Employees are threatened if they collect unemployment. Employees are fired after their health care benefits should have kicked in, for asking for their promised benefits. Employer is sexist and racist. Employer hires illegal immigrants.

4. Owner's personal expenses paid for by company and written off as tax deductible to hide income. Employees classified wrongly as independent contractors to avoid withholding, unemployment tax, and benefits whenever possible.

The idea for the sole profit generating product, YogaToes, was stolen from the patent of a Japanese company, Genki-kun, forcing them to be unable to compete in the US. This company makes a practice of profiting off of others and should be boycotted (especially considering they sell a worthless chunk of plastic. A vibrating foot massager for $5 has the same benefits.)
