I was promised that I would receive TV5 a french channel in a month or so after signing up with adelphia (they were working on getting TV5) only to find out a month later when I called them about when will I get TV5 they told me that they do not carry TV5 and that if I wanted TV5 I would have to sign a petition and if enough people sign it then maybe there would be a chance to get it. I paid $93.?? For nothing. They lie to people in order to get more customers.
