They stole my money ripoff

At the two hour seminar held in jan22/07, the presenter states, if we were not satisfied with softwear we would received a refund in thirty days upon receipt of softwear.

It was returned jan25/07. I have tried without success to get my refund of 3,174.70 pd w / a cheque. Can you please help me.
