Misrepresentative Advertisement - Bait & Switch ripoff Massachusetts

Tom Barry VP - misrepresented a piece of equipment in an advertisement and on the phone.

He refused to acknowledge or refund a $5,000.00 deposit on this $15,000 purchase, I have cancelled checks.

I trusted this con-artist and I mailed this money prior to seeing the piece of junk that was not even road worthy.

He was not even truthful with the Better Business Bureau and then ignored the BBB investigation requests.

I have been in business for 25 years and not once have I came across anybody who would treat a customer so outrageously.
