Ripoff worsens Action Financial sues on Identity Theft using Aron and Associates

Aron and Associates filed a lawsuit on me for the fraudelent account falsified into Identity theft by Gerald E Moore. Action Financial was sold this account and they said the payment date was August 7. The date they filed was August 17. They did not stop court action when told it was past the statute of limitations for AZ but instead filed it as breech of contract.

I requested information and the original contract since I knew the debt was not mine. I also knew if they added any old accounts of mine to it the dates would definitely be past the statute of limitations since I have not had any credit cards since 2005.

They refused to disclose any account information and so did Action Financial. I have filed for them being in default for refusal to follow the rules of disclosure and suing on a debt past the statute of limitations.

I am not a lawyer and I have three more companies trying identity theft with me and I need help.
