They are overcharging for credits for students who live in the same state. Ripoff Minneapolis

The average total for a credit is 134.00 for students who are Minnesota residents. I have been a resident since 1993 and there is no way that I should be charged for an out of state credit amount. The University of Phoenix is charging Minnesota residents 200 dollars for each credit that you are registering for.

This is just not fair. I fel that they should have to comply by state guidelines as well as any other school. Something seriously needs to be done to this school.
