No List, No call back Houston TX

Well, I was told I would get a list of agencies to call, but still no list. No return phone calls. They said they just take messages and probably hundreds are in front of me for return phone calls. I have been dealing with this since last August. I cannot believe this company can still be around. Their web site is up but not taking apps. Why have it up? I e-mail, but never a response. How can people work for such a dishonest company and feel good about lying and hurting people every day? They must be getting paid very well.
