Ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Denve

I got cheated out of 8 hours Holiday Pay for the holdiay (July 4th. On my paycheck stub, it shows that I got paid for hoilday, but my pay was about $133.00 dollars short. It was explained to me that Hourly employees will get Holiday, and if your a Salary Employee You must work the day to get paid for it.

Well, July 4th was my day off, and the Holiday Schedule states 8 hours for holiday pay. All companys that I have worked for in the past will pay you for the holiday even if your off that day. I received nothing, just a paystub stating that I got Paid for the 4th and my check amount wasnt any more than normal. This is bogus.

This is screwy, and I wonder if this is actually. Another point I would like to make, is why do they offer holday pay if your paycheck is going to be the same amount. Might as well not even put it on your timesheet, if your check is gonna be the same amount.

I would Like to know the legalitys of this, if there is anyone willing out there to inform me about it. This is the 4th time I have been cheated by my contractor company in the last two years that I have been employed with them. WHAT CAN I DO???
