Sweepstakes Gone Bad ripoff

So, I received a letter today in the mail stating that I had one $85K! From a sweepstakes that I did not enter. Saying that it was a random selection from magazine databases in which I do not subscribe. Also in it was a check for $2,990 made out to me. I could have been a go getter and cashed it but instead I decided to google the name of the company because this is indeed too good to be true!

Well, that is when I came upon this site w / other people that have been through the same thing. I am glad I did not do anything before checking the internet. I feel horrible for those that may have lost out on this. I truly do hope that someone eventually pays for this. Especially those that have been answering the phone and providing their names... Albeit fake ones.
