Wpifriends fraudulent and dishonest billing ripoff Lake City

I just was looking over my husbands last bank statement and found the billing from wpi. Husband said he checked out free services, decided against it and forgot. Till I found the automatic transfers made thru our bank. I then looked over the last 6 months of statements and found each month he had been billed 6.95 and 9.95 back almost a yrs worth. We just called 800 num and were assured aprils charges would not incurr and a refund will follow. I'm mad as hell!
