Web Club International
Made bold promises - delivered what?

Education & Science

I can't understand how, if an entity alleging to have a product to offer, and fails (has failed miserably and has a bad track record) to deliver time after time can be allowed to stay in business? Are there not LAWS in the United States encated to enforce the protection of the American people? When an organization delivers FRAUD how is it that they are still bilking innocent people and not BEHIND BARS? Eventually they'll pay for sure but why not now?
