Advertised DVD player for $19, charged me 32.99, now price is $29 ripoff

I alway check a popular site called WOOT (great site) they advertise one new deal a day-which new items come on after 1:00 A.M. Each day a side deal is also available. On 3/6/07 Ecost advertised to wootmembers: jvc dvd player 19.00 one per customer / i clicked on and ordered. The next day, after work, i showed my husband what i bought. It was then that i realized I GOT RIPPED OFF. They charged my credit card 32.99 instead of 19. I called right away. The girl at cust. Service had no clue.

I called the next day and this time she understood and agreed that i got overcharged and said my cc will be credited in a few days. It never happened. When i called they said my credit got denied, no explaination, no phone call to me. When i went back on the site, the dvd player is now 29.00. But lucky me, when it was 19.00, i printed it out on my computer so i am protected. I have made numerous calls and emails to customer service with no response back. This is a blatant rip off.

in the confirmation email - ecost states: we reserve the right to change the cost at any time or cancel your order at any time.

stay away from this company. THEY ARE BAD NEWS!
I have already contacted my credit card company and they are disputed this wacky company's charges so i am not going to be liable because i had the foresight to print out the 19.00 page.
