I'm being charged for courses at this school I never attended

In or about 1990 I filled out an intrest card for this school took a tour of the campus in spite of their impressive b. S about how their school was the best in arizona and that I could have a diploma in detentions and security in about six months. I further researched their credibility and came to find out that their so called diploma was'nt worth the paper it was written on. I declined to attend and moved back to new mexico to live with my parents.

Several months later I started reciveing bills that i owed the U. S Depatment of Education for a student loan I recieved to attend this school. I've ignored this up until now. I live in San Antonio TX and am pursuing a degree in architecture but an unable to recieve any kind of financial aid due to this theft of my identity (thats the best way to describe it) I never attended AIBT so why should I have to pay the consiquinces for this.
