The sames as other report on EDP i looked in my checking account that is a vip because ss check is direct deposit. I pay my bills with this money. There it was a electronic check was posted to my account with ch#3728387 with the amount of 159.95 with overdraft charge of 29.00. I went on the internet to contact customer service had live chat with a john. He said i had to have requested this transaction or how else would they have gotten my account number to draft the money. Also that it was none refundable. So told him to send it then what else could i do they had my money. This happened on 1-29-07. I have not received my card yet. Know i cant get anyone to respond on the internet or by phone. I will report this to the departmentof justice/washingtonwebsite. So sorry for anyone that has experienced this besides me. They promise you a debit card for free with a quick loan of up to $1500.00. So please beware i lost a lot of money as for as that goes im on a set income ever penny count.
