The managing partners (Mel Cooper, David Cooper, Louis Arriola, Calton Barlow) shut down Fronline Communications after stealing all the funds and not paying the vendors. They formed Universal Gateway by taking the customers that did not pay and contacted them as UG. They then formed MEDcom and finally QTNetworks. They don't even pay earned wages to the employees.
