Jim, JEROME Rutkowski from Conexus Locating, won't return my money AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS!

Back in November of I contacted Mr. Rutkowski to locate several machines for me. Because he did not seek the proper authority (the correct person) for the "one" machine he was able to locate, one week later I was politely asked to remove it. The only problem is that I had already provided him with $110 to start locating machines for me... A TRUST THING, which I completely understand. I kept sending him emails to continue communications, to which his response was that he was still looking and that, "You should expect to hear from me by Monday." The only problem is that the Monday (s) never came and my emails, and phone calls, finally went completely unanswered. I just kept calling, and emailing, but kept receiving zero replies. Finally, my messages to him were flatly, "Please just send me my money." He hasn't done so. It's now February 08, and I still sit moneyless from good ol' JIM (JEROME) RUTKOWSKI. I just literally called his cell phone, left another message and told him to check out this site because i had a message for him. All I want is my money back. I sent it to you in good faith, please return it to me.
