Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I found charges for $19.95 on the last 3 months of my credit card bill totaling $59.85. I called the company & talked with a girl, ID # 45961, and she said she would cancel the membership.

I told her I had never joined their membership & wanted the entire amount credited back to my account. She said she could only credit one payment back to me so I asked to speak to a supervisor and was conected to Jessica, ID # 19856.

She said I had joined by a 30 day free trial offered through something I had bought off of a TV infomercial and had received a $50.00 gift certificate to Walmart. I told her I had never joined and membership or received a gift certificate. I then told her I wanted the $59.85 refunded to my credit card and she said that it would be refunded to my account within 2 business days.

I will check my credit card account in 2 days to see if it is refunded.
