Sent phone checks thru bank again but changing check numbers and increasing amounts have done this twice in 2007 original order in 2004 ripoff

I ok' a phone check in may in the amount of $67.95 check number 220. Never got meds.
But now several years later they put a phone chek thru my acount changing check number to 1220 and amount to $167.95 on jan 16 which is bad enough but then again about a week later they did it again changing check number to 1245 again for 167.95.

I had to close my bank accounts and change all my direct deposits etc.
I am unemployed and cannot afford to have this happen to me i am just recuperating from breast cancer, chemo and radiation.

I pray some one can help me
