I had purchased the program for $397.00 overhe phone through my checking account. The tv program says the intructions ar smple andeasy to follow. When I open the packet, the intructions are brief and the rst is upto you. When you call them, they never answer the phone. Finlly I spke to someone and I had sent thepacket back to their office but never had received a response since then.
