Froze my checking acccount and took one hundred dollars from it for fees. Ripoff

Last week I went on line to check my account, and found out that my account was frozen. I found out it was Eltman Eltman and Cooper who was the one that did it. I am living on my Social Security. That's all I receive.

How could they do this to me? I knew nothing about this freeze. Never heard of this company. They also took one hundred dollars out of my account. I spoke with someone named Cari, who said she would help me. I told her that I needed my money, so I can get my medications. She has nevered called me back. I left messages for her, but nothing. I also sent her faxes of my account, showing that I only receive Social Security. Never heard from her.

I dedcided to call Social Security and have my check sent to my address. I gave up calling and was going to see if they had a web sight and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the rip=off. Thank You.

Anyway, I had to go on disability in 1993, and the Attorney I spoke to told me not to pay anything as I had no money, Now they are telling me that I owe 12,000. Dollars. There is no way I can pay that account. I don;t receive much from Social Security and I was told that they never should have frozen my account and taken the one hundred dollars either.

What can I do? I have written to Andrew Cuomo our new State Attorney General. So far I haven't received an answer. I am going to get in touch with my Assemblyman and hope that he can help. Please let me know if there is something else I should do. I am 69 years old, and I have nothing to hide.
