Dishonet, fraudulent bank withdrawl ripoff

I ordered a cd from them for $1.97 and they have now deducted and additional $49.95. I have sent a complaint to ebay and filed a report with my credit union.
I have tried to call the phone number and all you get is a recording. Have sent 2 emails telling them i want my bank account credited and i got a response back saying what do you want us to do?
I dont see how ebay can have these people be associated with them.
