Afni - Verizon
Fraud! Ripoff

My husband is a victim of this scam also. When I checked our home mailbox, I seen that there was a Verizon bill in his and his ex-wifes name. We've been together for 6 years and they've been seperated for 10 years. I was thinking that she opened an account in his name.
Before I could rip some a*, I found out that she had not done this. My husband keeps a good eye on his credit and keeps good credit. So for this fact we could not understand where this was coming from.

I found this website and read everyones situations and suggestions. I will be popping a letter off to them for "debt validation" and numerous letter to Ill politians, FTC, FDCPA, and anyone else that I feel need be.

I think this world is screwed up and we need to stick together on this. Other people are right when they say "I'm just glad it's over" that enables these frauds to keep doing it other people. Since the frauds (afni) search public records for our info. We have the names of the people who work at afni, why don't we look up there info in public records! I bet they would love to know that I know where they live!

Also, I called Verizon and spoke with Loni. I asked what collection agency Verizon used and she said, "afniupsourcing.com". And that she never heard of "afnicollections.com".

So I go on the afniupsourcing while I'm on the phone with her, and pointed out to her that on the front page was a link to afnicollections. She suddenly didn't understand anything anymore. I think this is deeper that we really think!

I will be giving all of you updates on everything. Pissed off in Arkansas!
