Scammed - JIC Emerg Guide ripoff

Scammed out of $499.50 for "Just In Case" Emergency Guides that were never delivered. What's worse is that I referred them to a loan officer I work with and he got scammed too.

Sales rep name was Lance. Shoulda known something with the email address being yahoo.com...

Phone calls go unanswered.

I feel horrible that I led someone else to get ripped off too.

That's $1000 between the two of us. They must not get away with this. They have messed with the wrong one.
