University Of Phoenix charged me thousands of dollars for classes you cannot connect with the schools server. So i failed and am expected to pay ripoff

I ddecided to do some online courses in my free time. I contacted University of Phoenix which in turn connected me to Axia.

Axia stated to me that my computer had all necessary equiptment to do the work online and i agreed.

Stipulation 1 you have to take a mandatory class 600 something dollars plus the two classes i wanted to take.
I agreed and everything was fine for two weeks then you could no longer log in to attend the classes. I contacted them and they said they had some computer problems.

Then i goy a letter saying i failed and owe them $1089.00
