Ripoff. Fails to ship products

I ordered their product online as a novelty gift. Nothing every showed up. Complaints to their email address and Fax number never get returned.

I have filed a complaint with PayPay, as I paid through them, and they sent me a message that they are unable to get a response from this company. Still waiting for my refund, it's been over two weeks now.

Pherx.com is a ripoff. They charge people and don't ship the products. Is there a way to contact the Attorney General in Nevada and make a fraud complaint against this company?
