Took 149.95 out of my debt card ripoff

I rec'd e-mail from this co. For a free sample of the product for a shipping fee of 4.95.

So i said why not? Just 4.95? Then i rec'd the sample and about 3 weeks later my neighbor had to sign for a package, which were more pills. (3 bottles)

Then i find out that they have charged my card again for 149.95, i've very upset about the whole matter.

I did not give them permission to charge my card for 149.95. Help me what can i do to get my money back.
