Ripoff$7500 evaluation company out of business

In january we were "accepted" to get ripped off. Can not believe that we also feel hook line and sinker. We were assured that this was a no lose situation as the third party evaluation fee was to be returned if they did not find us a buyer.

We were not aware until today that this company was out of business as on Friday we sent a request FEDEX for our refund. Just got a call from them telling us Suite 215 was vacated. I then googled the company and found your website.

I also would like to contact and be contacted by other people who were also scammed by these people. Do we have any recourse and how many of us are out there?
