Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I went to professorvideo.com on the internet and they mailed me videos i could not use my computer does not have floppy disk and so this material i found to be too outdated and i was not happy with any of it. So i cancelled my order and they charged my credit card twice 49.00 and i called them and cancelled and they agreed to pay back the charges they took out off my credit card, but only gave back one payment and they changed their phone number and they can't be reached so they still owe me 49.00. I am unable to reach them at all now. They agreed to pay back both charges and dishonesty is present in this issue. I just want their phone number so i can end this issue.
