Is a ripoff fraud business that wrongfully charged us a huge pre-payment penalty

Ocwen Federal Bank likes to steal people's hard earned money!!!

My husband and I sold our home two years ago and at the time of our closing we were notified of a pre-payment penalty being added to our costs. We were pissed off. We were NOT suppossed to be charged a PPP if we sold our home according to our signed paperwork.

Unfortunatly we ended up with Ocwen one month before closing for our original morgage company was sold to this so called business. I have had several contacts with Ocwen and sent them valid paperwork and there response is to send them proof we sold our home and they would be glad to issue back our money. Well are they so stupid they can't read a piece of paper that says "Proof of Sale!"

I have also changed my address with them because we were getting letters of a second grade response and they still to this day send it the our old address! What dumbs&s!!! The Minnesota Attorney General has also contacted them and he agrees that they wrongfully charged us this penalty. They seem to have proven several times that they like to play games.

I want to know if they are any other individuals out there whom have also had there hard earned money just ripped right out from under them. I plan on getting great compensation for this one. They are NOT getting away with this one.

Ocwen, you messed with the wrong person this time!!! You are going down!!!
