Ripoff Sent wrong product, it's been 5 months ripoff

On the 11th of feb i ordered 2 pair of their genuine suede fleece line "tender foot" in chocolate color. About a month or so later i received the women's pair and a notice that my order would be shipped by 24th of march. Since then i have written 3 times and received no answer. They cashed my check, but they still owe me a men's pair of the slippers.
