Rip off! Scammed over the internet, Credit Card processing Companies

I was contacted by e-mail and told that I could start my own business and make a lot of money Guaranteed, I had to lease a Merchant machine and they would build a web site for me. Later I had numerous phone and e-mail conversations (saved on my PC) and there was no money made.

I tried to cancel my contract and was told that I had to sell my business and pay early termination fees of $250. To MBF and $250 to New Member Services.

They have been debiting my account for the past 24 mos I was charged by Merchant services and MBF for a total of 85.00 per mo. Plus yearly fees of 99.00. I finally closed my account last month. I recently pulled my lease out and was ready to return the machine because my 2 years was coming up. I then noticed that the lease was in fact 48 months not 24 months as I had been told.

This company which is affiliated with Chase Bank should be shut down. I would like to be notified of any class action suit against this company
