Secret Cash Card Thieves, stole money from my account

Apparently, this company took it upon themselves to grab onto another site I was in and stole my account information. Claiming I signed up for their "Pre-paid card", 21.95 was taken from my account. I called them right away, and was assured that it would be credited back to my account, that it would take up to 14 business days, well, its been well over that, and now they don't answer the phone. Guess it takes them 14 days to bail out of town.
