Freelotto is a SCAM! They should be shut down! New York

I registered as a freelotto customer on the internet played the game than received an email stating that i had won the $1,000, 000 jackpot.

I was under the impression that Freelotto was absolutely FREE according to their promotion. When i wen't to validate my number i was asked for a credit card number which i did not give because it required signing up for a subscrition to F.A.S. T for 14.99 per month.
I sent an email to them asking if there was an alternative way of receiving payment. They did not reply and my check never arrived.

Im sure many people have put down their credit card numbers and have been riped off. Why should these criminals be aloud to mislead consumers? It was a big waste of time for me and i feel like there is no honesty and good customer service within this fraudulent buisness.
