I think i am the latest victim of plasmanet.inc

Well my name is wael mazi. One day i was asked to play freelotto for free from a company assosiated with plasmanet.inc. When i put all my numbers and informatuion they asked me to fill my credit card no. As i did not have a credit card i just closed the page.
The next day i got an email informing me of my win of 1million$ 50,000$ 300$. As any one would do, i beleived them but i did not have a credit card so i applied for a credit card from my local bank. I was told that it would take me atleast 30 days to get my credit card.
Then i flew to Saudi Arabia (I am an INDIAN citizen residing in Saudi arabia) and i asked my bank in Saudi Arabia for a credit card, they provided me with a credit card within a week.

, y problem didnt seem to end, as soon as i enterd the internety i found that Saudi Arabia had blocked freelotto (as gambling is prohibited in islamic law). So i flew back to INDIA after all it was a matter of 1million$, which is a great deal of money for a student like me.

As soon as i enterd my credit card no and cvv the computer responded saying that my cvv no does not match my billing address, so i send them a couries through DHL.
Now iam having only 9 days to claim my prize (as if i am gonna get one).

I am reaaly broken now as i have put all my money in my trip to saudi and back to india and all other expenses.
I really have a lot of faith in the american system but i dont know how these people are still there in buisness.
I am pleading with the authorities to please stop these people and i would love to sue them as i have paid more than i could afford to claim my prize.
