AKA Jack Money sent, no goods recieved, blocked on messenger China

Well, after talking to a riancymall representative, i decided to do a test putchase and western unioned the money to the representative as

Chao Yang Qu, Da Tun Lu, Hun Hui Gong Yu, 318SHI

After further correspondence i got delays and delays, then they requested i pay an additional 13 euro for import tax. Weird but then i convinced the person that it would cost me more then that to send the western union. So he said they would ship it without the tax so i would pay it here, which seemed correct.

After trying to email riancymall@hotmail.com, he blocked that address from messenger as i added him on another account and he was online.

I then spoke to him and requested an order update, then GUESS WHAT!!! Blocked on that one too...

Well, weird but conned for 133 euro plus sending fees.
