Ripoff fraudulant charges

We bought a gmc sonoma from a local gm dealer. Onyx financed it. I hit a deer with the truck and it was totaled. State farm wrote onyx a check for the pay off of the truck and sent me a check for the balance. 5 yaers later i start getting bills in the mail from capital one who bought the debt from onyx then ocwen who bought it from capital one after a class action law suit for this crap. Now they are back at it again. Trying to get 6300.00 for a truck that they already received a check for. What a bunch of crooks. Im not sending them squat. Im ready for a law suit this has got to stop somewhere
