Wyndham Formerly Fairfield Resort Fraudelent accounting practice, not in compliance with the law on funding loans and worst customer service, Ripoff

I want to be specific with my complaints about this company -

1. Fairfield did not process our monthly payments including the downpayments. I have not received a monthly bill from them instead I received notification that my payments are not submitted. I save all of these for my records. When I call and verified where my payments, the people from the collection department told me that all my payments were posted in the maintenance account which only requires $47. I cannot understand why my payments of over three hundred dollars will be posted in the maintenance account if you know that the mortgage is due. I even specified "mortgage" in the payee section of my check.

2. I recently found out after running my credit when I try to obtain a loan to purchase a home that Fairfied has reported (don't know how many times by now) lates with the credit bereua and when I called and asked the collection department I was told that they could not help me and that I would have to contact the customer relation. Got a hold of one in this department but could not help me either.

3. Recently I received a new mortgage and loan agreement from the title company requesting for my signature and notary because the mortgage that we signed at closing in Hawaii was not notarized. I worked in a mortgage company and I am aware that LOANS/NEW ACCOUNT CANNOT BE SET UP WITHOUT AN ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTATION/DEED IS NOT VALIDATED. An account cannot be established if these items are not acceptable based on the general lending guideline. I hope all homeowners are aware of this. Technically I do not own a piece of property if the mortgage is not validated because this piece of document is not acceptable for recording and furthermore, I can claim that I DO NOT OWN THIS PROPERTY REGARDLESS OF THE CONTRACT I SIGNED.

4. After discussing this issue with the customer service and was told numurous times that my claims do not make sense, I was finally connected to Stephanie Ferrell in the legal department who also shows a little knowledge about what I was talking about. What she did was to explained to me that the original mortgage was lost in transit from hawaii to orlando and that title need a new mortgage signed and notarized. This does not matched with the letter that the title sent me because the letter states that the original mortgage was not notarized and cannot be recorded. A few days later, Stephanie FOUND the original and it was not lost afterall that that it was just misfiled and that she found it and it's actually notarized. Again, I cannot understand why she would come up with an idea that it was notarized; the copy I have is not and I do not remember being finger-printed in Hawaii. I insisted to get a copy of the original she was talking about and I cannot wait to verify with the notary.

I would like to think that I've lost my mind but it is obvious that these company is a complete rip off and completely not complying the general guideline. I am positive that the notary issue is one of thier common practice and I hope the goverment can take a look at this because many seniors or customers out there who think they own a piece of property but they are not if the mortgage is not even acceptable.

I will make another atempt to deal with Wyndham about removing my name in their database but if refuse to do it, I will ask anybody if they have similar issue and maybe we can take this up with to the court.
