EDP took $159.95 out of my account. Now I, m having a hell of a time getting help

Woke up monday to find out that a co. Called EDP-card took $159.95 out of bank acct. This is is the first time that I have ever had anything like this happen to me. Now my bank wants me to make a police report. I have been to 3 diff. Police stations and nobody seems to know if it is their state that the crime was commited. This is so on fair! It's christmas and I don't have any money to buy my grandsons presents with. This company EDP got my bank acct. Number some how. I need help. Please help me. One scared grandparent
