Desceptive, slandering, baits, cunning, unethical ripoff

On 12/11/06 Frank Baker sent me a letter stating that he hated to lose me as a customer.in addition, on the 16th he did a rebuttal regarding a consumer complaints sent in by me. Consequently, Frank did not have proof of any converstation that I had with Karen at Priority Financial Corporation.

As a result, he does not know if she did or did not say that he told her she could pull my credit. Needless to say, both Frank and Karen are unethical business people. They violated my confidentiality as a client. My confidentiality was violated when Karen pulled my credit report without my consent.

In addition, Frank gave both my name and income out without my consent over the internet. If he values his customers as he states that he does by email to me on 12/11 he would not give out pertinent information about them. Furthermore, the Magix Corporation is a company that Frank uses to lure customers to the Hurricane Trust Company.

This company does not have houses listed on their website. Nor does Frank Baker or Karen at Priority Financial Corporation give you a good faith estimate regarding any type of purchase on a home. Although, I was told that I could not get a conventional loan. I was not told why I could not receive a conventional loan.

In addition, Karen at Priority Financial Corporation does not have any of my tax information. She does have a copy of a check stub. I gave her the stub before I was told that she could not get me a conventional loan. I have been to other realtors and mortgage brokers. However, the realtor and mortgage broker did not sit in a room together trying to convence me to do a lease option to purchase home.

I reported this so that innocent buyers will think twice before trusting The Hurricane Trust company. A mortgage broker and a realtor already know that if they pull your credit it will cause your credit score to gradually decline. So The Hurricane Trust Company did not rip me off they just violated my trust as a client by pulling my credit without my permission.

The Magix Corporation is not aware of the unpractical business ethics used by Frank Baker. Frank caused the Magix Corporation to loose a customer by convincing me to go to his mortgage broker.in addition, Frank states that he has a lot of home, but he does not have any of the homes he has listed on his website. If he is ethical and truly has homes he should have the homes listed on The Hurricane Trust Website. Consequently, the Magix Corporation did not pull my credit. Moreover, when I spoke to the owner of this company he told me that he did not want to convince me to use his company. The Magix Corporation was ethical and honored my wishes as a client. However, Frank Baker is not ethical. He will use whoever he can in order to make money.

I did not use my real name when I reported this because my name does not matter. What does matter is honesty. My real name is Valerie. I am not trying to destroy or give the Magix Corporation a bad reputation. However, I would like customers in Orlando that read The Orlando Post to know that The Hurricane Trust company is offering E-Z finacing and stating that it is regardless of your credit. Consequently, if it is regardless of your credit score my question is why did Frank Baker insist on telling me that my credit would have to be pulled by The Magix Corporation.
