Well, where do I start?

AIU is on probation for another year. They only "fixed" 8 out of 15 recommendations. During the Conference Call with the stockholders the other day, CEC execs seemed lost and with their tails between their legs. The corporate offices and various AIU campuses are being visited by the Dept. Of Education to investigate their Title IV funding and other "issues."

What will happen to this company? Who knows? Imagine if they went crashing? What would happend to all those student's who are in over their heads in debt? Ooh, the lawsuits that will come on. They already have plenty of class-action lawsuits. Imagine the fun?

It was my understanding that the magnificent "Dr." Robin Throne was brought in to "rescue" this sinking ship, but it appears that she didn't do anything except get a nice paycheck and run. Where is she now? Her "consultation" website appears to be down. Go on and check it out throneandassociates.com - a white screen with some quote is the only thing up. I guess it's a bit better than the "Under construction" thing she had for years.

What will become of this company and school that is full of incompetent presidents, VPs, managers, staff, faculty, directors, and on occasion - students?

I don't know, but I can't wait to find out.
