Went to court and still on my credit report ripoff

I found these guys on my credit report for a bil for 709.00 for a cell phone from cingular wireless. I contacted them they sent letters and even took me to small claims courrt. My name was announced they had sent a lawyer. We talked outside I explained that this was not mine and that I had never had service from Cingular. I filled out fraud paperwork talked to the lawyer. She told me you don't need to come back in to the court I am dismissing this based on our converstaion and the paperwork I had filled out. I trusted her she was a lawyer and this is still on my credit report. I have contacted them many times and they will not take my calls.
