They are breaking the law and need to be punished ripoff

Thanks to all of you who have posted here and for this site. I've never looked for this site since I didn't know it exists. I was lucky to find it just by searching for Startup Essentials on my computer.

Me too I was sweet talked in with big mouth. After this transaction I became very paranoid and I thought I'll be stuck paying $140.00 a month for next 4 years for nothing, since I realy didn't know what am I going to do.

Startup Essentials called me about 2 business days ago saying they were interviewing me to see if they would like to invest in me as a business owner with no up-front cost. After awhile of discussion I was really happy thinking that I've finaly found home base business that can work for me. Guess what, they never mention the $134/month lease cost for next for years. Never did she mention it was to pay for leased equipment only.

As a matter of fact Francine quoted to me that I can cancel at any time if I see that this is not for me. She made me understand that this would be one time fee and they are going to invest in my venture around $5000.00 so there is an assurance that I'll have succes in my business. She also said that one of their personal manager/trainer will be in touch with me at all times to make sure that I make money because they need to make money and if I don't make money they don't make money.

I've look-up 3 business days cooling of and guess what, every state aplies to this rule/law so I've send them cancelation notice. Let's see how they'll reply. I know that they can't call me since they have wrong phone number on file and the only way they can comunicate with me is by E-mail. I'm closing my account just in case.

I would also like to also say to be aware of anyone out there who wants an immediate signed commitment on your part without giving you time to do a little research read your new contract and let think about it, must be a scam. Please include me in any action. Let's get them panished. Shame on these people. Just before Christmas. We have needs too.
