I noticed this charge for $49.95 in my account yesterday. I have started the process of getting my refund. I will keep you informed of my progress. With that being said, let me ask this...

I am being told that they e-mailed me a "virtual card":
"... We have already issued the card. It is virtual card sent to your email."

This seems to be getting worse and worse. I will keep you updated on my progress.
