Kansas City Missouri sent me many letters with golden seal in every letter they me to pay certain fees for processing

First they sent me a letter which they call an official notice with family circle name on its right top corner,

Then NAC sealed letter is next with the golden seal of issuance with alltheinstruction of choosing how the $1000000.00 is to be disbursed that it available to be disbursed either in 30 annual award checks of $33,334.00 or one time in the amount of $555,000

With every step they asked you to pay certain amounts for the processing first $9.99 then$19.99 the $11.89 and i was so stupid to give i lost my money
